It's less about you being a kid and more the fact most of us aren't used to bots that haven't known anything but war, let alone one that hasn't been forced into seeing it and people they care about die for millions of years. It's not something they handed out manuals on for that just in case option. We're going to make mistakes and forget you're not a soldier of war and let it color our views at times. It's not an excuse, but it's not us trying to be horrible to you.


[Her voice softens after a small venting of air.]

You're not the wrong one. You're you and comparing you to any other Bumblebee isn't going to suddenly make you the Bumblebee they expect. We just have to learn and remember that.

At least you're not being compared to a murder happy assassin? [She tries to joke]


Besides, if they can't handle the way you are then that's on them. Make friends with people that don't care if you're not a Bumblebee they expect, find things to do on this ship and remember that we'll go home no matter what it takes.

War's are never much fun for anyone. It's nice to know somewhere some of you got to live peaceful lives, even if only for a bit. I think that's the part that's going to make you want to take that thanks back later on.

But, I'll make a promise to try not to smother you if things go bad. Won't stop me from wanting to help you and make sure you're safe if we do get into any conflict out here. So you'll have to live with that.
